The manufacturing of all heavy and light steel structural work has been entrusted with a company of the Group, called DE.FLO.MAS. 
 

Employing professionals who are skilled in various techniques of welding, and equipped with the latest machines for the processing of steel carpentry, (such as laser cutting, sheet metal bending, etc), DE.FLO.MAS meets the company’s demands by providing a quick and complete service.

 

 

 

The mechanical work and precision of the parts that are used in the plants are manufactured by a company of the Group, called IMEP.
 

Equipped with work stations of extremely high quality, and with 12 operative CNC milling machines, the largest of which has a 30 meter long bed, 2,5 meters wide and a work radius of up to 3,5 meters high,  capable of processing several pieces simultaneously, IMEP offers a solid guarantee of quality, costs and implementation time.

 

 

The assembly of machines that combine the plant is performed entirely at the premises of RO.MA. by highly qualified professionals

Before dispatch, all machines are carefully inspected and cold tested to facilitate prompt  assembly and to ensure a quicker start up of the plant at its final destination. 

The RO.MA. professionals that assemble and test the machines before shipment provide assistance with the assembly, installation and start up of the plant at its final destination.
 

The same technicians train the customer’s operators on the most advanced techniques of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of each and every machine and plant.
